By accessing or using Titlize ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Access to the Titlize API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan. You agree not to exceed the limits associated with your plan.

API tokens are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for securing your API tokens and revoking any tokens that may have been compromised.

You agree not to use the API for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to overload the Service, or to interfere with other users' access to the Service.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Titlize and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any images you upload to the Service. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process and transform those images as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated images (the output of the Service) are owned by you, subject to any rights in the underlying source images. We do not claim ownership of any images generated through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Titlize, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
